Canadian women are known for doing "too much, too soon" post birth. Other cultures allow for the woman to have 40 days for her body to rest and recoup after nine long months of pregnancy. You may not be able to rest this long however getting some early support can make a difference in your postpartum recovery period. Getting breastfeeding off to a good start for most women is a priority but too many find themselves running into common problems, enjoy having Breast feeding support on demand and avoid those difficulties. This and more is the role of the postpartum doula - mothering the mother so she can baby her baby! Available in min. 3 hour increments daytime or 6-hour night-time increments.
